📖 Rules
The tournament will follow standard FIBA rules of the game with a few specific adjustments.
We kindly ask all participants to familiarize themselves with the rules to ensure fair and enjoyable gameplay for everyone.🕒 Game Duration:
• Quarters last 10 minutes for U15, U17, and U19 age groups.
• For the youngest U13 age group, quarters last 8 minutes.
• The halftime break is a maximum of 5 minutes.
• The break between the first and second, as well as the third and fourth quarters, lasts 1 minute.⏳ Overtime:
• 3 minutes of overtime are played if needed.⏸️Time out:
• Each team is allowed 2 timeouts per half.👥 Balls:
• U15, U17 age groups play with a size 7 ball.
• The youngest U13 boys play with a size 6 ball.🔄 U13 Boys Substitution:
• In the first quarter, players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) play.
• In the second quarter, players (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) play.🚫 PROHIBITED:
• Zone defense
• Full-court pressing
• Pick and roll (U13 & U15)

Accommodation PERON 11 VB is located in an attractive location in Vrnjačka Banja, near the spa park, numerous swimming pools and the sights of the city.
Apartments Beli Bor are located in the very center of Vrnjacka Banja in the park zone, just a few steps from the Promenade.
Apartments Solaris are located in a quiet area of Vrnjačka Banja, within the Solaris complex, just a few minutes from the town center and the main promenade.
Vila Vrnjačka Banja is located less than 1 km from the Bridge of Love. The property features a garden and terrace, complemented by free WiFi.
🏟️ Sports Halls
Tournament games will be played at two locations:
Sports hall "Vrnjačka Banja" – hosting most matches, the closing ceremony, and the awarding of medals and trophies. Located in the immediate vicinity of the bus station.
Specialized training hall "Piskavac" – additional court for group stage and scheduled games. For basketball and volleyball, located near the Raj settlement.
Both halls are fully equipped for competitive basketball, with seating for spectators and supporting facilities.
